Illustrative starting XIs, not official selectionsManager’s bench
Fresh legs can change the matchUp to five changes per team in this simplified manager mode; available substitutes depend on the saved squad. Goalkeepers replace goalkeepers; sent-off players cannot be replaced, and substituted players cannot return. Stamina reduces over simulated match time, recovers at the interval, and affects running speed and finishing. Optional heat increases fatigue; rain adds a wetter pitch finish. Competition-specific substitution windows are not modelled.
Goal replay studio
Your most recent animated goal will be available here.
Replays use the recorded ball and player positions from the most recent animated goal. They pause live play and leave the score unchanged. A squad change clears the replay; fast simulation does not record animation.
Rules on the pitch
Fouls & cards. Careless trips, pushes, holding and late tackles can produce free kicks. Direct-free-kick offences in the defending penalty area produce penalties. Some fouls allow advantage; reckless incidents may bring a yellow, a second yellow sends that player off, and serious incidents can bring a direct red.
Restarts. The opponent gets a throw-in when you touch the ball out over the sideline. A defender touching it behind produces a corner; an attacker touching it behind produces a goal kick. Goals are followed by an opposing kick-off.
Set pieces. Free-kick and corner opponents stand 9.15 m clear; throw-in opponents stand 2 m clear. Penalties are staged at the 11 m mark. Offside offences produce indirect free kicks, which are delivered to another player rather than scored directly.
Match structure. Two halves, added time, ends changed after the interval, and extra time followed by penalties for level knockout games. Sent-off players cannot return; a side reduced below seven abandons the match.
Selected rules are simulated using the IFAB Laws of the Game 2026/27. Decisions are generated by the simulator; this is not a complete officiating system. The improved 3D characters remain stylised rather than scanned real-life people.
